Round steak in gravy

| 2 | Carrots, sliced | |
| 2 | Onions,sliced | |
| 1 | pack | Dry onion-mushroom soup mix |
| 1 | 10 1/2 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup | |
| 1 | Soup can water | |
Directions
Place half of the round steak, carrots and onions in slow cooker.
