Rotel burritos

10 | Flour tortilla | |
1 | can | Rotel tomatoes & chilies |
1 | pounds | Ground beef |
1 | Onion, chopped | |
1 | pack | Burrito seasoning mix |
8 | ounces | Velveeta |
8 | ounces | Sour cream |
1 | can | Sliced black olives |
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain all fat. Add onion and seasoning mix.
In a separate pan melt Velveeta, add sour cream and Rotel and stir.
Spread tortillas with seasoned beef mixture, sprinkle the sliced black olives over, and pour a little sauce over each one. Roll up, place in a greased pan, pour the rest of the sauce over all. Top with the rest of the sliced olives. Cover and bake at 350* for 20-30 minutes. Submitted By SALLY HILFIGER On 04-29-95
