|1 can||Rotel tomatoes & chilies|
|1 pounds||Ground beef|
|1 pack||Burrito seasoning mix|
|8 ounces||Sour cream|
|1 can||Sliced black olives|
Brown ground beef and drain all fat. Add onion and seasoning mix.
In a separate pan melt Velveeta, add sour cream and Rotel and stir.
Spread tortillas with seasoned beef mixture, sprinkle the sliced black olives over, and pour a little sauce over each one. Roll up, place in a greased pan, pour the rest of the sauce over all.
