Rotel burritos

Measure Ingredient
10 Flour tortilla
1 can Rotel tomatoes & chilies
1 pounds Ground beef
1 Onion, chopped
1 pack Burrito seasoning mix
8 ounces Velveeta
8 ounces Sour cream
1 can Sliced black olives

Brown ground beef and drain all fat. Add onion and seasoning mix.

In a separate pan melt Velveeta, add sour cream and Rotel and stir.

Spread tortillas with seasoned beef mixture, sprinkle the sliced black olives over, and pour a little sauce over each one. Roll up, place in a greased pan, pour the rest of the sauce over all. Top with the rest of the sliced olives. Cover and bake at 350* for 20-30 minutes. Submitted By SALLY HILFIGER On 04-29-95
