Easy burritos

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 \N Medium-sized onion; chopped
¾ cup Picante sauce
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
\N \N Salt to taste
\N \N Six 8-inch flour tortillas; warmed

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until no pink remains in the beef. Drain off the excess liquid and stir in the picante sauce, cumin,, and salt. Place the meat mixture in a strip across the center of each tortilla. Bring up the bottoms of the tortillas over the mixture. Fold in the sides; flip the filled portion over to cover the top section of each tortilla. Serve immediately.

NOTE: Top with additional picante sauce, some chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, avacado slices, or any of your other favorite toppings. And you can even use ground veal or turkey instead of beef, if you'd prefer.
