Burritos grande

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1¼ ounce Taco seasoning mix
1 cup Sour cream
16 ounces Can refried beans; heated
4 larges Flour tortillas (10 inch)
1 cup Cheese; shredded Colby or Monterey Jack

Brown meat, drain. Add taco seasoning mix prepared as directed on package. Stir in sour cream, heat thoroughly.

Spread beans down center of each tortilla. Top with meat mixture and cheese; fold

Serve with salsa, lettuce, pitted ripe olive slices, sliced avocado and additional sour cream.
