Rosemary citrus chicken

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Chicken breast
1 cup Red wine
½ cup Orange juice
¼ cup Lime juice
⅛ cup Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Rosemary; crushed


Date: Tue, 13 Aug 1996 21:09:57 -0400 Mix wine, juices and rosemary. Pour over chicken and marinate in refrigerator for 4-6 hours or all day. Bake covered at 425 F. for 45 minutes, or grill chicken on barbecue, basting with marinade while cooking.
