Roseann's brownie recipe

Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Butter |
| 3 | Squares baker's chocolate or 1/2 cup & 1T of cocoa | |
| 1½ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Instant coffee (make it a good brand this ads a lot of flavor) |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| ¾ | cup | Flour |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
(not to be confused with me {Rosanne}).
Cook butter & cocoa over low heat. When it all melts add sugar, coffee and vanilla. Mix. When it's cool ( I never wait) ad eggs, flour and salt. Bake for 40 min. at 325. I usually bake it for 30 or 35 minutes because I like my brownies gooey.
