Pear and roquefort galette

1145 g pack pizza base mix
1Red onion; thinly sliced
1largeRipe pear; cored and thinly

100gramsRoquefort cheese; crumbled
Black pepper

Directions

Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/gas 7. Make up the pizza base as directed on the packet. Divide into 2 and roll each half out into a circle.

Top each circle with the pear and onion slices and top with the crumbled roquefort. Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling hot. Grind over some black pepper and serve at once with a crisp green salad.
