Romero sauce

Measure Ingredient
3 Garlic cloves
2 Green chillies
1½ ounce Walnuts
3 Tomatoes; diced
4 Floz olive oil
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

Heat the oil and saut‚ the garlic.

Add the chillies and walnuts, then add the tomatoes. Place into a food processor and return to the pan. Add the balsamic vinegar and serve.
