Roman potato salad

| 2 | mediums | Potatoes, cooked, peeled julienned |
| 4 | ounces | Emmenthaler, Jarlsberg or Gruyere cheese, julienned |
| 1 | medium | Sized tart green apple, peeled, cored, julienned |
| 1 | small | Red onion, finely sliced |
| ½ | cup | Home made mayonnaise |
| Salt and pepper | ||
Directions
Combine the ham, potatoes, cheese, apple and onion in a bowl, add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper, toss gently but thoroughly. Adjust seasoning, serve chilled.
