| 1 pack | Devil's food cake mix |
| ½ cup | Butter or margarine -- |

| ¼ cup | Brown sugar |
| ⅓ cup | Water |
| 2 \N | Eggs |
| 1 cup | Nuts -- chopped |
| 3 cups | Miniature marshmallows |
| ¾ cup | Chocolate ready to spread |
| \N \N | Frosting |
| ¼ cup | Nuts -- coarsely chopped |
Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 13 x 9 pan. Mix half of the cake mix, margarine, brown sugar, water and eggs in large bowl until smooth. Stir in remaining cake mix and 1 cup nuts. Spread in pan.
Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over top. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed and golden brown. Heat frosting in 1 qt saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until thin. Drizzle over top; sprinkle with ¼ cup nuts. Cool completely. Cut into 1¾" squares.
