Ritz cracker cake

Quantity Ingredient
6 Egg whites
2 cups Sugar
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 cup Broken nutmeats
1 can Pineapple tidbits
1 can Fruit cocktail
1 cup Chopped maraschino cherries
2 packs Dream Whip
8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese

Beat egg whites to from peaks, gradually add sugar, fold in crushed Ritz crackers. Add broken nutmeats. Bake for 25 minutes at 250 degrees in a well greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool. This is the bottom layer. Drain pineapple, fruit cocktail and cherries. Mix and set aside. Whip Dream Whip, add cream cheese at room temperature. Fold this mixture into the fruit.
