Rice-a-roni salad

1 | pack | Chicken Rice-A-Roni |
4 | Chopped green onions | |
½ | Chopped green pepper | |
1 | Jar marinated artichoke hearts; (7 oz.) with marinade | |
1 | can | Pitted black olives; sliced |
½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
½ | cup | Sour cream |
½ | teaspoon | Curry powder |
Directions
Cook rice according to directions. Cool slightly. Toss in drained artichokes, chopped, onions, peppers, and olives. Blend artichoke juice, mayo, sour cream and curry powder. Add to rice, toss to mix well. Chill overnight and serve. You can add chicken or shrimp for a main dish salad.
