Rice-a-roni salad

Ingredients

1packChicken Rice-A-Roni
4Chopped green onions
½Chopped green pepper
1Jar marinated artichoke hearts; (7 oz.) with marinade
1canPitted black olives; sliced
½cupMayonnaise
½cupSour cream
½teaspoonCurry powder

Directions

Cook rice according to directions. Cool slightly. Toss in drained artichokes, chopped, onions, peppers, and olives. Blend artichoke juice, mayo, sour cream and curry powder. Add to rice, toss to mix well. Chill overnight and serve. You can add chicken or shrimp for a main dish salad.
