Rice 'n spice salad

1packFrozen green beans, (9 ounces)
2cupsQuick-cooking rice, uncooked
1canChicken broth, (13 1/2 ounce)
1cupSliced mushrooms
¾cupBottled Italian dressing
2tablespoonsChopped pimento
½teaspoonOnion salt

Directions

In a saucepan combine green beans, rice, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat about 5 minutes or until all of the liquid is absorbed. In a large bowl combine rice mixture with mushrooms, Italian dressing, pimento and onion salt. Place in the refrigerator and chill overnight.
