Rice 'n spice salad

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Frozen green beans, (9 ounces)
2 cups Quick-cooking rice, uncooked
1 can Chicken broth, (13 1/2 ounce)
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
¾ cup Bottled Italian dressing
2 tablespoons Chopped pimento
½ teaspoon Onion salt

In a saucepan combine green beans, rice, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat about 5 minutes or until all of the liquid is absorbed. In a large bowl combine rice mixture with mushrooms, Italian dressing, pimento and onion salt. Place in the refrigerator and chill overnight.
