Rice 'n spice salad

1 | pack | Frozen green beans, (9 ounces) |
2 | cups | Quick-cooking rice, uncooked |
1 | can | Chicken broth, (13 1/2 ounce) |
1 | cup | Sliced mushrooms |
¾ | cup | Bottled Italian dressing |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped pimento |
½ | teaspoon | Onion salt |
Directions
In a saucepan combine green beans, rice, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat about 5 minutes or until all of the liquid is absorbed. In a large bowl combine rice mixture with mushrooms, Italian dressing, pimento and onion salt. Place in the refrigerator and chill overnight.
