Rice with chicken

Ingredients

3poundsChicken breast
½Envelope dry onion soup mix
1canCream of mushroom soup
½canWater
2tablespoonsPimientos; chopped
3cupsCooked rice
½cupGrated cheese; American

Directions

Cook chicken until tender. Remove meat from bones, cut into bite size pieces. Combine soup mix and pimintoes. Alternate layers of rice, chicken and soup mixture. sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese is melted and golden brown.
