WATER

TRIM ANY EXCESS FAT AND MEMBRANE FROM RIBS. TO ENSURE TENDER RIBS, FOLD THEM TO FIT INTO A LARGE SAUCEPAN. FILL PAN WITH ENOUGH WATER TO COVER RIBS COMPLETELY AND BRING TO A BOIL. THEN, SIMMER COVERED UNTIL FORK TENDER, ABOUT 30 MINUTES. REFRIGERATE IF NOT USING RIGHT AWAY.
