Rhubarb dream dessert

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Flour
5 tablespoons Powdered sugar
½ cup Butter
2 Eggs -- beaten
1¼ cup Sugar
pinch Salt
2 cups Rhubarb -- chopped

To make the crust, mix 1 cup flour, 5 tablespoons powdered sugar, and ½ cup butter. Press mix into 8x8 inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 350 F.

To making topping, mix beaten eggs, 1¼ cups sugar, ¼ cup flour, and a pinch of salt. Add 2 cups chopped rhubarb and pour over baked crust. Bake 40 minutes at 350 F.
