½ pack | Frozen cut rhubarb |
1 cup | Sliced strawberries |
½ cup | Orange juice |
3 tablespoons | Sugar |
\N \N | Vanilla yogurt |
\N \N | Toasted slivered almonds |
In large skillet, combine rhubarb, strawberries, orange juice, add sugar.
Saute over hi-heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Let cool. To serve, spoon into dessert dishes. Top w/ vanilla yogurt and toasted slivered almonds.
