Remoulade sauce - white - for seafood

2 Cups

Ingredients

1cupMayonnaise
½cupSalad oil
2tablespoonsDry mustard
1tablespoonGreen onion; chopped
1tablespoonCelery; chopped
1tablespoonParsley; chopped
1tablespoonHorseradish (or more)
2tablespoonsTarragon vinegar
2tablespoonsTomato catsup
2tablespoonsPaprika
½teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
3dashesHot sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and add seasonings if need be.

Chill thoroughly.

Serve with peeled cooked shrimp on a bed of lettuce.
