Remoulade sauce for shrimp

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Vinegar
3 tablespoons Prepared horseradish
1 \N Clove garlic; crushed
½ teaspoon Grated onion
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Prepared mustard
¼ teaspoon Parsley flakes
2 tablespoons Catsup
6 \N Shakes hot sauce

Combine all ingredients & chill. Use as a dip for shrimp.
