| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | Ribs celery, chopped fine | |
| Chopped parsley to taste | ||
| ¼ | Hd. lettuce, shredded | |
| 2 | pounds | Shrimp,boiled,cleaned,cold |
| 2 | Hard cooked eggs, chopped>>> | |
| Keep white & yolk separate. | ||
Directions
Combine all ingreds., except lettuce, eggs and shrimp. Chill. Place shrimp on plate of shredded lettuce. Pour remoulade over shrimp and garnish with eggs.
