½teaspoonWhite pepper
½teaspoonSalt
2Ribs celery, chopped fine
Chopped parsley to taste
¼Hd. lettuce, shredded
2poundsShrimp,boiled,cleaned,cold
2Hard cooked eggs, chopped>>>
Keep white & yolk separate.

Directions

Combine all ingreds., except lettuce, eggs and shrimp. Chill. Place shrimp on plate of shredded lettuce. Pour remoulade over shrimp and garnish with eggs.
