¼ | Hd. lettuce, shredded | |
2 | pounds | Shrimp,boiled,cleaned,cold |
2 | Hard cooked eggs, chopped>>> | |
Keep white & yolk separate. |
Directions
Combine all ingreds., except lettuce, eggs and shrimp. Chill. Place shrimp on plate of shredded lettuce. Pour remoulade over shrimp and garnish with eggs.
