|1 can||Old El Paso Refried Beans|
|¼ cup||Shotgun Willie's Green Chile Salsa|
|½ cup||Chopped onions; bell peppers and tomatoes|
|½ cup||Shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese.|
|¼ cup||Sour cream.|
|Hab Powder and salt to taste|
Made a pot of chile this weekend I wanted a side dish but was too lazy to do much work so I slapped this together: Put beans, salsa, salt and hab powder in bottom of nuker proof bowl. Nuke on high for 2 minutes. Stir well. Top with veggies and cheese. Nuke for 1½ minutes.. Top with sour cream and serve with tortilla chips.
Curse your lack of nerve for not using enuf hab powder.
