Refresco de tamarindo

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Tamarind Puree
¾ cup Sugar
6 cups Cold water
Mint sprigs, (optional)

Combine Tamarind Puree and sugar in a pitcher; stir. Add water; stir.

Yield: 2 quarts (serving size: 1 cup).
