Tamarind juice

Yield: 1 cup

Measure Ingredient
1 Lemon-sized piece tamarind
1 cup Warm water

Soak tamarind in warm water for about 10 minutes. Squeeze and extract as much juice as possible from the pulp, adding a little extra warm water if necessary.
