|150 grams||Original camargue red rice|
|2 \N||Chillies; finely sliced|
|2 \N||Mini pitta breads; finely chopped|
|3 tablespoons||Olive oil|
|1 \N||Handful radish leaves; rinsed and roughly|
|\N \N||; chopped|
|\N \N||Salt & pepper|
1 Fill a third of a pressure cooker with boiling water. Pour in the rice and cook on full for 15-18 minutes.
2 When the red button pops up on the pressure cooker, release the steam.
Drain the rice and mix it in a bowl with the chillies and pitta bread.
3 Add the olive oil, radish leaves and the zest and juice of the lemon and lime. Season to taste.
