Red raspberry chocolate bars^

Yield: 36 servings

Measure Ingredient
2½ cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
¾ cup Finely chopped pecans
1 cup Softened butter
1 \N Egg
12 ounces Jar raspberry preserves
1 pack (10oz) chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350F. and grease a 13X9" pan.

Combine flour, sugar, nuts, butter and egg until crumbly. Set aside 1½ cups of the mixutre and press remaining into the bottom of the baking pan. Spread with preserves and sprinkle with chips, then remaining crumbs.

Bake 40-45 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool; cut into bars.
