Rawa dosa

Measure Ingredient
1 500 millilit rawa dosa batter
Oil or ghee
15 Cashewnuts; broken, up to 20

Spread about 125 ml of the thin rawa dosa batter on a pre-heated, greased tawa. Put four or five cashewnut pieces on top. Spread on a spoonful of ghee and cook till crisp and golden brown. Fold it into a triangular shape.

Serve with coconut chutney and sambhar. Similarly prepare three more rawa dosas.
