½ cup | Tomato Paste |

¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
1 \N | Bay Leaf |
½ cup | Mushrooms, Sliced |
\N \N | Basil and/or Oregano |
\N \N | Parmesan Cheese |
Heat olive oil in a medium sized pot. When hot, add garlic, meat, tomatoes, tomato paste, stock, salt, pepper and the bay leaf. Simmer uncovered for at least one hour. Add the mushrooms during the last 15 minutes. Season with basil and/or oregano and serve over pasta. Grate parmesan cheese over each serving.
