Quick chicken n noodles

1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
4 \N Skinless; boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 1/2 oz) Campbell's condensed chicken broth
¾ cup Water
½ teaspoon Dried basil leaves; crushed
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
2 packs (3 oz each) Campbell's or Ramen Pride Chicken flavor Ramen Noodle Soup
1 pack (10 oz) frozen peas and pearl onions
¼ teaspoon Paprika
