Quick vegetable beef stew

Yield: 5 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (1.5-oz) beef stew seasoning mix
¼ cup Flour
2½ cup Water
1 pack (1-lb) Green Giant American Mixtures Western Style Frozen Potatoes; Green Beans; Onions & Red Peppers
1 slice Cooked roast beef; 1-lb, from deli; cut into 1/2\" cubes

In medium saucepan, combine seasoning mix and flour; stir in water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Add frozen vegetables and beef; return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
