Quick bean salad with tuna

Ingredients

7ounces(198g) can of solid light
Tuna, drained
19ounces(540ml) romano beans, rinsed
And drained
½cupThinly sliced or diced red
Onion
2Italian plum tomatoes in
Wedges
½cupSliced black olives
2tablespoonsLemon juice
2tablespoonsFresh parsley,finely chopped
1tablespoonOlive oil

Directions

Break up tuna fish and combine with beans, onions, tomatoes and olives. In separate bowl whisk together lemon juice, parsley and oil.

Pour over mixture. Toss to coat and serve. Additional oil and lemon juice may be added if desired. Source: The Toronto Star Newspaper, July 30th, 1996.
