Yield: 1 Servings
Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
\N \N | One 13x9 shallow baking pan |
\N \N | Graham crackers |
1 \N | Stick butter |
1 \N | Stick margarine |
½ cup | Sugar |
\N \N | Chopped pecans; about a cup more or less to your taste |
Break the 4-sectioned graham cracker in half (so that you have two sections still intact; i.e., a square of graham cracker, comprising two sections, intact), and line the bottom of the pan with the squares.
Melt the butter and margarine in a saucepan. Add the sugar and boil for 2 minutes.
Pour the mixture evenly over the graham-cracker squares, then sprinkle with the chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Remove from pan at once and watch 'em disappear.
