1 | cup | Solid vegetable shortening |
4 | Eggs | |
2 | cups | Flour |
1 | pinch | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Almond flavoring |
1 | teaspoon | Coconut flavoring |
Directions
Pr-heat oven to 325º F . Lightly grease a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In large mixing bowl, combine sugar, shortening and 4 eggs. Beat for 2 minutes. Add flour, salt, 2 more eggs and the flavorings. Beat for 2 minutes longer.
Pour into prepared baking pan and bake for 1 hour. The top will be crusty.
