Pumpkin yogurt

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Non-fat vanilla yogurt; (I use Dannon Light)
½ cup Canned pumpkin puree
Cinnamon; to taste
Nutmeg; to taste
Pumpkin pie spice; to taste
