Pumpkin roll

Yield: 10 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Eggs
1 cup Sugar
⅔ cup Pumpkin
1 teaspoon Baking powder
¾ cup Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pumpkin spice
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 cup Walnuts
\N \N FILLING
1 cup Powdered sugar
¼ cup Margarine
½ teaspoon Vanilla
6 ounces Cream cheese

Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes. Slowly add sugar and stir in pumpkin. Add dry ingredients. Grease and flour a 15x10in pan. Spread mixture and top with nuts, bake for 15 min at 375 degrees. Cool slightly and turn on towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll up and let cool. When cool unroll and spread filing mixture. Roll back up and refridgerate, seam side down before slicing.
