Pumpkin cake roll 2

Yield: 10 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 eaches Eggs
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Walnuts
⅔ cup Pumpkin -FILLING---
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 cup Powdered sugar
¾ cup Flour
¼ cup Margarine
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Pumpkin spice
6 ounces Cream cheese

Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes. Slowly add sugar and stir in pumpkin. Add dry ingredients. Grease and flour a 15x10in pan. Spread mixture and top with nuts, bake for 15 min at 375 degrees.

Cool slightly and turn on towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll up inside towel and let cool. When cool unroll and spread filling mixture. Roll back up and refrigerate, seam side down before slicing.
