Yield: 4 Servings
|1||Creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies|
|1 pack||(4 serving size) pistachio instant pudding and pie filling mix|
|1 can||(12 oz.) evaporated fat-free milk, chilled|
Place cookies in resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Crush cookies with rolling pin.
Place pudding mix (dry) in medium bowl. Gradually beat in chilled milk about 2 minutes, using wire whisk, until creamy and thickened. Chill about 5 minutes or until firm.
