|8 ounces||Cream cheese|
|19 eaches||Crushed pineapple|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon juice|
|3½ ounce||Pkg vanilla instant pudding powder|
|3 cups||Whipping cream, whipped|
Wash wheat and place in a 6 cup saucepan. Cover with cold water, soak overnight. In the morning, drain and rinse well in cold water.
Cover with fresh water and cook, simmering, for about 5 hours. Don't let wheat get to soft. Rinse in cold water and drain well. Stir in the cream cheese, pineapple, lemon juice and instant pudding powder.
