Cracked wheat salad

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Of Cracked Wheat
2 larges Cucumbers
4 larges Tomatoes
2 larges Peppers
2 larges Onions
1 large Bunch of parsley

Soak the wheat berries in about 2 cups of water or more and let soak overnight. Dice vegetables as small as possible. Squeeze water from the wheat and mix with the vegetables. Season with Salt, pepper, oil and lemon juice to taste.
