1 medium | Onion; minced |
1 \N | Clove garlic; peeled and minced |
1 cup | Plain yogurt |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | TABASCO Pepper Sauce |
3 tablespoons | Seasoned bread crumbs |
Preheat oven to 350øF. Place potatoes in saucepan and fill with cold water.
Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with fork. Drain; cut into small chunks. In medium-sized baking dish, combine potatoes, pepper, onion, garlic, yogurt, salt and Tabasco sauce. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown. Makes 4-6 servings.
