Picante pork stew

1can(28-oz) stewed tomatoes
1cupPicante sauce
teaspoonThyme leaves
2Bay leaves
1poundsPotatoes, cut in chunks
½poundsCarrots, sliced

Directions

Brown pork with olive oil. Add onion;cook 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
