Picante pork stew

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Pork
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 \N Onion
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper
1 can (28-oz) stewed tomatoes
1 cup Picante sauce
1½ teaspoon Thyme leaves
2 \N Bay leaves
1 pounds Potatoes, cut in chunks
½ pounds Carrots, sliced

Brown pork with olive oil. Add onion;cook 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
