Polish poppy seed bread

3 | tablespoons | Powdered milk |
1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
3 | tablespoons | Poppy seeds |
1½ | tablespoon | Orange or grapefruit zest; grated |
¼ | cup | Honey |
3 | tablespoons | Butter |
1 | Whole egg | |
1 | Egg yolk | |
1 | cup | + 1 tbls water |
⅓ | cup | Raisins |
⅓ | cup | Sliced almonds |
Directions
1. Add all ingredients except the raisins and almonds in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.
2. At the beeper, add the raisins and almonds.
