Plum with orange and mint

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Plums; (about 2)
½ pounds Nectarines; (about 2)
¼ cup Fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon Finely shredded fresh mint leaves
½ tablespoon Sugar

Halve and pit plums. Cut plums into thin wedges and in a bowl toss with remaining ingredients. Chill plum mixture, covered, stirring occasionally, at least 2 hours and up to 8.
