Hot cinnamon plums with oranges

Ingredients

2mediumsOranges scrubbed
1poundsPlums halved and stoned
1Cinnamon stick
1tablespoonSugar
1ounceSultanas
4fluid ounceOrange juice
4fluid ounceWater

Directions

Pare rind from oranges using a potato peeler.Set aside oranges and place rind in a medium saucepan with rest of ingredients. Heat gently and simmer covered for about 10 mins or until the plums are tender. Meanwhile remove pith from the oranges and cut flesh into slices.Add orange slices to saucepan heat through gently.Remove cinnamon stick and serve. I added some fatfree yoghurt. ]]
