| 1 | large | Red Bell pepper; Seeded and chopped |
| 1 | cup | Ripe Olives; Chopped |
| 8 | Strips Bacon; Cooked and crumbled | |
| Mayonnaise | ||
| Blue Cheese Dressing | ||
Directions
Toss potato, pepper, and olives with dressing made of equal parts of mayo and blue cheese dressing. Chill, top with crumbled bacon before serving.
