250gramsTomatoes
100gramsMozzarella cheese
12Black olives
Oregano
50gramsPancetta
Pepperoni slices
Chilli; sliced
Onion; sliced
Garlic

Directions

Blend the tomatoes, the passata and the oregano together and coat generously over the pizza base. Slice the mozzarella, onion, chilli, garlic and pepperoni and place over the tomato mixture - leaving the olives to last.

Place in a preheated oven and cook until the pepperoni darkens, the mozzarella softens and the base is cooked through.

Serve the pizza hot with a leafy green salad.
