Piroshki - prune filling

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Honey
¾ cup Orange juice
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
1 pounds Unsweetened pitted prunes
1 tablespoon Grated orange rind

Cook the honey, orange juice and lemon juice for 5 minutes. Add prunes and cook over low heat 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
