Piroshki - mushroom filling

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Mushrooms -- sliced
¾ cup Minced onions
3 tablespoons Butter
2 Hard-boiled egg yolks
3 tablespoons Sour cream
4 tablespoons Bread crumbs
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Cayenne pepper

Cook the mushrooms and the onions in the butter for 15 minutes. Chop the mushroom mixture and egg yolks together. Stir in the sour cream, bread crumbs, salt and cayenne pepper. Place filling on dough.
