Pinto bean dip

2tablespoonsLemon juice
½teaspoonCumin, ground
½teaspoonCoriander, ground
Salt & black pepper

Directions

Puree all the ingredients except the salt & pepper in either a food processor or a blender. Seasn with salt & pepper & serve.
