Pink champagne jelly with brandied grapes

Ingredients

| 1 | small | Bunc seedless black grapes |
| 4 | Floz Brandy | |
| ½ | ounce | Gelatine |
| 4 | Floz white wine | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| 1 | Bottle Pink Champagne | |
| Cocktail glasses | ||
| Frosted grapes | ||
Directions
Remove any seeds from the grapes. Leave to marinade in the Brandy. Dissolve the gelatine in the white wine. Add the sugar.
Stir in the Pink Champagne. Set a grape in the bottom of each glass. Set 3 grapes in the top layer. Decorate with frosted grapes.
