Grape jelly

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Grape juice
4 cups Sugar
1 pack Powdered fruit pectin

Crush ripe grapes. Cover with cold water. Boil until soft. Drain through jelly bag. Measure juice. Add fruit pectin. Stir until pectin is dissolved. Heat to boiling. Add sugar. Stir until dissolved. Boil hard 2-4 minutes, or until jelly sheets from spoon.
